Payment
Policy
1. Deposit: 20 % of the tour price is due within 7 days of booking and must be paid in order to hold your reservation.
2. Final Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival in Alaska.
3. For bookings made within 45 days of arrival to Alaska, full payment is due at the time of booking.
4. If you request a change in your travel arrangements after travel documents have been issued, there will be a $25.00 fee to cover administrative costs. Please note, departure date changes and name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellation
/ Refund Policy
1. AIE Tours must be notified of all cancellations immediately. A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by AIE Tours at least 45 days prior to arrival in Alaska. Tour cancellations within 44 days prior to arrival in Alaska are subject to the following cancellation fees.
*44-31 days prior: 20% of the tour cost (Deposit)
*30-15 days prior: 50% of tour price
*14 days or less prior: 100% of tour price
2. No refunds are made for unused services that are voluntarily canceled.
3. No refunds will be made on the spot.

Travel Documents
1. Travel documents are issued after AIE Tours has received final payment.
2. Services are not provided for travelers without travel vouchers so please be sure to obtain your vouchers.
3. Assuming that full payment has been received, your documents will be sent out approximately 14 days prior to arrival in Alaska.
