This policy applies to the following tours:
Tour Code: SA - WLT - 1 (Bear Watching)
SA - WLT - 3 (Plibilof Explorer)
Payment
Policy
1. Non-refundable Deposit: 25 % of the tour price is due within 7 days of booking and must be paid in order to hold your reservation.
2. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
3. For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
4. If you request a change in your travel arrangements after travel documents have been issued, there will be a $25.00 fee to cover administrative costs. Please note, departure date changes and name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellation
/ Refund Policy
1. AIE Tours must be notified of all cancellations immediately. A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by AIE Tours at least 61 days prior to the departure date. Cancellations less than 60 days of the departure date will be refunded only if all available seats or rooms are sold, minus a 5% service charge, $25.00 per person minimum.
2. No refunds are made for unused services that are voluntarily canceled.
3. No refunds will be made on the spot.
