Payment Policy

This policy applies to the following tours:

Tour Code:

◆SA - WLT - 1 (Bear Watching)

1. Non-refundable Deposit: 50 % of the tour price is due within 7 days of booking and must be paid in order to hold your reservation.
2. Final Payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.
3. For bookings made within 90 days of the departure date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
4. If you request a change in your travel arrangements after travel documents have been issued, there will be a $25.00 fee to cover administrative costs. Please note, departure date changes and name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.

◆SA - WLT - 3 (Plibilof Explorer)

1. Non-refundable Deposit: 20 % of the tour price is due within 5 days of booking and must be paid in order to hold your reservation.
2. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
3. For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
4. If you request a change in your travel arrangements after travel documents have been issued, there will be a $25.00 fee to cover administrative costs. Please note, departure date changes and name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Cancellations less than 90 days of the departure date will be refunded only if all available seats or rooms are sold, minus a 5% service charge, $25.00 per person minimum.
2. No refunds are made for unused services that are voluntarily canceled.
3. No refunds will be made on the spot.

Alaska Railroad

REFUNDS: Rail bookings that are cancelled eight or more days before travel will be refunded less 10% of the booking value. No refunds will be issued seven days or less before travel.

CHANGE FEES: Changes are allowed on packages up to 36 days before travel and on rail bookings up to eight days prior to travel.

A 10% fee will be applied to changes made to paid bookings. Change fees apply only to the changed value of the booking. No change fees apply when the change increases the cost of the booking.
